The 3rd Annual NYC Leadership Salon will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026 on the 45th Floor at 10 Hudson Yards in Manhattan at the North American HQ of BCG. MAP
The member reception for the NYC Salon returns to the Avenue Sky Lounge on the 101st Floor at 30 Hudson Yards - one building over from the conference venue. All attendees will also have access to the spectacular Edge observation deck. A limited number of guest passes to the reception will be granted upon request.
Registration is likely to close on or near September 15, 2026.

Yes. To encourage honest answers and valuable sharing, all Athena Leadership Salons are private, off-the-record events featuring strict Chatham House Rule. Attendees are encouraged to post on social channels about the Salon before and/or after the event but no specific attribution is allowed.
